Everyone loves guacamole, so it makes the perfect dip to bring to parties or whatever. And it's super easy to make, but I guess not everyone knows how to make it so here's a the recipe. I know some people add sour cream but yuck!

If you ask me, the garlic is the secret ingredient, or finding the perfect balance of the salt and the garlic.

Yummy Eggless Meringue!

This meringue is as tasty as any, and has a shocking secret ingredient. That's right: The water from a can of chickpeas. But don't be put off. Give it a try and you'll be amazed -- it tastes just like the meringue you'd get at the finest bakery.

To make it a little healthier, you can try just using 1/3 cup of sugar instead of 2/3.

Smoothie with Cayenne and Espresso
